  1. 1 28 oz can tomatoes -- drained -- mashed

  2. 2 4 oz. cans black olives -- chopped

  3. 1 bunch green onions -- chopped

  4. 4 ounces fresh mushrooms -- chopped

  5. 2 tablespoons vinegar

  6. 1 4 oz. can diced green chilies -- drained

  7. 1 8 oz. can tomato sauce

  8. 3 tablespoons olive oil

  9. 10 milliliters garlic -- finely diced

  10. 1/2 teaspoon salt tortilla chips

  1. Preparation : Redrain tomatoes, removing as much juice as possible. Mix with all other ingredients. Allow to chill for several hours to blend flavors. Serve with tortilla chips.
