  1. Teriyaki Chicken

  2. 3-4 lb chicken thighs or drumsticks

  3. 3/4 cup shoyu

  4. 3/4 cup sugar

  5. 2 Tbsp sherry

  6. 1 Tbsp sesame seed oil

  7. 1 Tbsp sesame seeds

  8. 1/2 tsp MSG

  9. 1 clove garlic

  10. 1 1/2 inch piece ginger, crushed

  11. Mix all ingredients. Soak chicken 4 hour or overnight in sauce.

  12. 325F for 1 hour. Ten minutes before turning

  13. heat off, pour rest of shoyu mixture. Serve with chopped green

  14. onion and Chinese parsley.
