    2. 1 avocado

    3. 3 tomatoes

    4. 200 g shell shrimps

    5. 5 quail eggs

    6. Lemon juice of a half lemon

    7. 3 bay leaves

    8. 1 onion

    9. Salt to taste

    1. of Lovers Salad “San Valentino”

    2. Boil eggs, peel and chop finely.

    3. Wash avocado and cut along. Remove pit and use spoon to take out flesh.

    4. Sprinkle with lemon juice to avoid oxidation.

    5. Mash the flesh with a fork or cut into small dices.

    6. Boil shrimps with bay leaves and remove shells.

    7. Finely chop shrimps and save a few of them for garnishing.

    8. Cut onion and tomatoes (save one tomato for garnishing) into small dices.

    9. Combine avocado flesh, eggs , tomatoes, onion and shrimps.

    10. Add salt to taste and mix everything together.

    11. Fill halves of avocado with the salad.

    12. Garnish with greens, tomatoes and shrimp.
