  1. 1/4 c Margarine or butter

  2. 1 pn Shucked oysters, undrained

  3. 2 c Milk

  4. 1/2 c Half-and-half

  5. 1/2 ts Salt

  6. Dash of pepper

  1. Heat margarine in 1-1/2 quart saucepan until melted.

  2. Add oysters.

  3. Cook and stir over low heat just until edges curl.

  4. Heat milk and half-and-half in 2 quart saucepan.

  5. Stir in salt, pepper and oysters.

  6. SERVINGS (ABOUT 1 CUP EACH); 260 CALORIES PER SERVING.
