  1. 1 can pinch(es) refrigerated pizza crust 8 ounce(s) cream cheese , softened 1/4 cup(s) mayonnaise 1/2 teaspoon(s) garlic powder 8 ounce(s) macadamia nuts , chopped into small pieces 6 ounce(s) shaved ham , chopped 3/4 cup(s) fresh pineapple , chopped and well drained 2 cup(s) Monterray Jack cheese , shredded or grated 4 pinch(es) green onions , thingly sliced

  1. Heat oven to 400 degrees. Spray large cookie sheet with cooking spray. Unroll pizza crust dough on cookie sheet and press into a 17x12 rectangle. Bake 7-9 minutes until crust is light golden brown. Meanwhile, beat cream cheese, mayonnaise, and garlic powder with electric mixer until smooth. Stir in ham,macadamia nuts, and pineapple. Spread ham mixture evenly over crust to within an inch of the edges. Sprinkle with Monterray Jack cheese and onions. Bake 12 to 15 minutes longer until chees is melted and crust is golden brown. Cool 10 minutes and cut into wedges.
