  4. 2 cups 474ml Milk

  5. 1/8 teaspoon 0.6ml Salt Freshly-ground black pepper - to taste

  6. 1/2 lb 227g / 8oz Shredded Cheddar cheese - (2 cups)

  1. Recipe Instructions In a small bowl, beat eggs with milk, salt and pepper. In the bottom of a 9- by 9-inch baking pan, arrange and cut muffins to fit. Arrange sausages on top of muffins. Pour milk and egg mixture over. Sprinkle with cheese. Refrigerate for 8 hours or overnight. Bake in a 325 oven for 45 minutes. This recipe yields 6 servings.
