  1. 8 skinless boneless chicken breast halves

  2. 2 tablespoons butter or margarine

  3. 12 ounces marinated artichoke hearts -- drained

  4. 4 1/2 ounces whole mushrooms -- drained

  5. 1/2 cup onion -- chopped

  6. 1/3 cup all-purpose flour

  7. 1 1/2 teaspoons dried rosemary

  8. 1 teaspoon salt

  9. 1/4 teaspoon pepper

  10. 2 cups chicken broth OR 1 cup broth plus

  11. 1 cup dry white wine

  12. cooked noodles fresh parsley -- chopped

  13. In a skillet, brown chicken in butter. Remove chicken to an ungreased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish; do not drain pan juices. Cut the artichokes into 350 degrees F. for 50 to 60 minutes or until chicken is tende r. Place noodles on a serving platte r; top with chicken and sauce. Sprinkle with parsley.
