  1. 1 1/2 cups 355ml White wine - dry

  2. 1 tablespoon 15ml Lemon juice

  3. 1/4 teaspoon 1 1/3ml Salt

  4. 1/2 cup 80g / 2.8oz Raisins - golden seedless

  5. 2 Nectarines - sliced

  6. 1/2 cup 99g / 3 1/2oz Sugar

  7. 1 1/2 teaspoons 7 1/2ml Anise seed

  8. 1 Cinnamon stick - small

  9. 4 Purple plums - sliced

  1. Recipe Instructions In an enameled or stainless steel saucepan, combine the wine, sugar, lemon juice, anise seed, salt and sinnamon stick and bring to a boil. Turn off heat and cool to room temperature. Combine the raisins, plums, and peaches in a bowl and strain the cooled wine syrup over them. Cover and refrigerate for several hours, stirring occasionally. NOTE: This fruit cup can be served as a dessert also.
