  3. 1/4 c Fish Sauce (Nam Pla)

  4. 3 tb Sugar

  5. 1 c Ground Roasted Peanuts

  1. This richly flavored sauce is usually served with satays.

  2. ~-- Combine all the ingredients in a medium saucepan and simmer for 15 minutes, stirring constantly.
