  3. cup Bread crumbs

  4. 1 tablespoon Onion; minced

  5. 2 teaspoons Green pepper; chopped Salt

  6. 2 Eggs; slightly beaten

  7. 1 can Cream of mushroom soup

  8. cup ;Water
