  1. Salad

  2. 1 pint or more of assorted fruits: berries, peaches, kiwi , grapes, pineapple,melons

  3. 1/3 pound dried apricot s, chopped

  4. 1/2 pound white chocolate , shaved or chopped

  5. 2/3 cup shelled pistachio s or macadamias, chopped

  6. Arrange fruit to your liking on platter. Sprinkle with apricots, white chocolate and nuts. Creme Anglaise

  7. 1 cup whipping cream

  8. 2 egg yolks

  9. 3 tablespoons sugar

  10. 1 teaspoon vanilla

  11. Heat whipping cream just until it comes to a boil. Beat egg yolks and sugar in a bowl. Gradually whisk hot cream into sugar-egg mixture. Return to saucepan and cook over low heat until slightly thickened, stirring constantly. While sauce is cooling, stir in vanilla. Cool further; chill, covered in bowl or jar.
