  4. 1 Shredded carrot

  5. 2 Celery chopped fine

  7. 1 tablespoon 15ml Butter

  8. 1 1/4 lbs 567g / 20oz Cooked boneless chicken Chopped

  9. 1 Low salt chicken - (15-oz) Broth or homemade

  10. 2 Pinto beans one drained and Rinsed one not drained and Pureed in blender

  11. 3/4 cup 177ml Dry white vermouth

  12. 1 Chick peas optional

  13. 1 teaspoon 5ml Ground cumin

  14. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Tabasco sauce

  15. 2 teaspoons 10ml Chili powder

  16. 1 tablespoon 15ml Honey

  17. 2 teaspoons 10ml Medium hot sauce Shredded mozzarella cheese Opt

  1. Recipe Instructions In a medium saucepan, saute in oil and butter over medium high temperature the onion, green pepper, garlic, carrot and celery 6-8 minutes. Gently add the cooked chicken, broth and beans. Add vermouth, chick peas, cumin, Tabasco sauce, chili powder, honey and hot sauce and simmer and stir on low for a half hour. For a nice touch and added flavor, melt shredded mozzarella cheese on top of each serving.
