  1. 1 Boboli® pizza or 1/2 Yeast Crust Recipe

  2. 1/2 pound medium raw shrimp

  3. 1/4 cup plum jelly

  4. 1/4 cup chili sauce

  5. 1 tsp. lemon juice

  6. 1 cup sliced mushrooms

  7. 1 onion, chopped

  8. 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese

  9. 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

  10. 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

  1. Make and prebake crust , if using. Preheat oven to 425 degrees. In small saucepan, combine plum jelly, chili sauce, and lemon juice. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes until thickened, stirring frequently. Spread on Boboli® crust or partially baked homemade crust. In large skillet, saute shrimp, mushrooms, onion in oil for 4-6 minutes, until shrimp curl and turn pink. Drain mixture and sprinkle over sauce on the pizza crust. Top with shredded cheeses and bake at 425 degrees for 8-14 minutes until crust is golden brown and cheese is melted. Serves 4
