  1. 1 pound margarine or butter

  2. 32 oz. peanut butter

  3. 3 pounds confectioner's sugar

  4. 12 oz. milk chocolate

  1. Melt margarine or butter and add peanut butter. Mix in sugar and keep mixing until stiff. Form into small balls and insert toothpicks into each ball. Melt chocolate in a double boiler. Dip balls in chocolate just far enough to look like a buckeye.
