  1. 1 c Bisquick

  2. 8 oz Cheddar cheese; shredded

  3. 1/2ts Dry mustard

  4. 1/4c Milk

  5. 1 Egg

  6. 1/4c Green pepper; chopped

  7. 1/4c Onion, chopped

  8. 1/2c Bread crumbs

  9. 1/4ts Pepper

  10. 1/2ts Oregano

  11. 1/2ts Salt

  12. 1 lb Ground beef

  13. 1/3c Cold water

  14. 8 oz Tomato sauce

  1. + DIRECTIONS Combine baking mix and water until soft dough forms; beat vigorously.

  2. Smo- oth dough into ball on floured board.

  3. Knead 5 times.

  4. Roll dough 2 in.

  5. larger than 9 in pie plate.

  6. Place into plate flute edges.

  7. Brown ground beef + drain.

  8. Stir in salt, oregano, pepper, onion, bread crumbs, tomato sauce and spread in pie crust.

  9. Beat egg and milk, stir in remaining ingred.

  10. Spread over beef mixture.

  11. Bake til crust is golden , about 30 min at 375*
