  1. 4 4 oz. Beef Cubed Steaks

  2. 2 tbsp. EVOO

  3. 1 cup sliced fresh Mushroom s

  4. 1 Onion , chopped

  5. 1 clove Garlic, minced

  6. 1 14 1/2 oz. can Diced Tomato es

  7. 1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup

  1. Coat a large skillet with EVOO over medium-high heat. Brown steaks on both sides. Once brown, remove steaks from skillet and add mushrooms, onions and garlic to the skillet. Cook until the onions are tender. Stir in the tomatoes and mushroom soup and broil to a boil. Return the steaks to the skillet, turning to coat with the sauce. Reduce heat and simmer, covered, for 30 minutes or until steaks are tender.
