  2. 1/2 cup 73g / 2.6oz Bread crumbs

  3. 2 cups 396g / 13oz Eggs - beaten (large)

  4. 2 tablespoons 30ml Light mayonnaise

  5. 2 teaspoons 10ml Dijon mustard

  6. 2 teaspoons 10ml Italian parsley - chopped

  7. 1 teaspoon 5ml Thyme

  8. 1/8 teaspoon 0.6ml Cayenne pepper

  9. 2 tablespoons 30ml Unsalted butter

  10. 4 Scallion - thinly sliced

  1. Recipe Instructions Combine all ingredients except scallions. Mix well. Add sliced scallions and mix. Form into eight 2-inch crab cakes. In a 10-inch skillet, melt butter over medium-high heat.
