  1. 1 Onion - finely chopped (medium)

  2. 1/2 cup 55g / 1.9oz Finely chopped celery

  3. 2 tablespoons 30ml Butter or margarine

  4. 1 cup 237ml Ketchup

  5. 1 cup 237ml Water

  6. 1/4 cup 59ml Lemon juice

  7. 2 tablespoons 30ml Vinegar

  8. 2 tablespoons 30ml Brown sugar

  9. 1 tablespoon 15ml Worcestershire sauce

  10. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Dry mustard

  11. 1/8 teaspoon 0.6ml Pepper

  12. 1/8 teaspoon 0.6ml Chili powder

  1. Recipe Instructions In a medium saucepan, saute onion and celery in butter for 4-5 minutes or until tender. Add remaining ingredients; mix well. Bring to a boil, reduce heat. Cook and stir until slightly thickened, about 10-minutes. Remove from the heat.
