  1. 1 tablespoon 15ml Granulated sugar

  2. 1 cup 237ml Warm water

  3. 1 Active dry yeast

  4. 3 1/4 cups 203g / 7 1/5oz Bread flour - *note

  5. 1 teaspoon 5ml Salt

  6. 1/4 cup 59ml Olive oil - prefer extra-virgin

Recipe Instructions *NOTE: semolina, or unbleached all-purpose flour (I like to use 1/2 bread 1/2 semolina) What I like to do is make up the sauce the night before and set the timer to have the dough ready when I get home after work. Then it's a fairly quick and simple task to make the pizza for dinner.
