  1. 1 cn Garbonzo beans drained

  2. 3 tb Tahini (crushed sesame seeds)

  3. 1/3 c Lemon juice

  4. 1 Clove garlic ts Cumin ts Salt Water

  1. Place drained beans in blender. Add all other ingredients and then add enough water to almost cover beans. Blend until smooth. Pour into serving dish. Pour very thin layer of olive oil on top and sprinkle with parsley. Serve with pita bread.
