    6. 2 small Serrano chiles

    7. 1 1/2 tablespoons honey

    8. 1/2 cup cilantro leaves

    9. 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

    10. 3/4 cup canola oil

    11. Salt and pepper to taste.
