  1. - 1/4 cup slivered almonds (finely ground in food processor or just chopped fine)

  2. - 1/3 cup Splenda granulated sugar

  3. - 1/3 cup unsweetened dried coconut flakes (You can also used sweetened coconut. The points for this recipe would be the same.)

  4. - 1 Tbs unsweetened cocoa powder

  5. - 2 Tbs softened Land O Lakes Light butter

  6. - 1 Tbs water

  7. - 1/2 tsp. vanilla
