1 cup chocolate cookie crumbs

3 Tablespoons butter, melted

2 Tablespoons sugar

9" springform pan, bake at

for 10 minutes

4 - 8oz pkgs cream cheese, softened

3/4 cup sugar

3 large eggs

6 oz semi-sweet chocolate

4 oz unsweetened chocolate

1 Tablespoon cocoa

2 teaspoons vanilla

1 can (15oz) prepared cherry pie filling

Melt chocolate in double boiler, add cocoa, allow to cool slightly.

Thoroughly cream together cheese & sugar. Add eggs, one at a time,

mixing thoroughly with each egg. Add vanilla, mix thoroughly. Add

chocolate, mix thoroughly. Pour over prepared crust. Bake 50 minutes

1 hour at

325, or until center is set. Remove from oven, loosen

rim of springform pan from cake with knife. Pace in frige when

cool enough. Cover top with cherry pie filling.
