  1. 8 oz pork loin roast

  2. 1 cup cilantro , Fresh

  3. 1 jalapeno pepper

  4. 2 medium tomatillos

  5. 1/4 cup celery

  6. 1 tbs Prepared Horse radish

  7. 1 tomatoes

  8. 1/4 cup mayonnaise Sachet

  9. 1/2 tsp kosher salt

  10. 1 tsp ground cumin

  11. 1/4 cup red onion

  1. Thinly slice then dice the pork.

  2. Dice the celery, onion, jalapeno, tomatoe and chop the cilantro.

  3. Mix the mayonnaise with the horse radish, salt, pepper and cumin.

  4. Combine all the ingredients and chill for at least 2 hours.
