  2. 2 tb Fresh lemon juice;

  3. 6 tb Water; ds Red (cayenne) pepper;

  1. Tahini, also called sesame paste, is available natural food stores. This is nice on fish, poultry, tofu, omelets or salads. Blend all ingredients together with wire whisk. Makes about 1/2 cup. Food Exchange per serving:
