  1. 250ml (1 cup) chilled fresh orange juice

  2. 250ml (1 cup) chilled lemonade

  3. 125ml (1/2 cup) ouzo

  4. Lemon and lime sorbet, to serve

  1. Combine the orange juice, lemonade and ouzo in a large jug.

  2. Pour the ouzo mixture among ten 75ml-capacity serving glasses. Place a small scoop of sorbet into each glass. Serve immediately with the Babaganoush & roast beef pita crisps (see related recipe).
