  1. 3/4 lb Boneless skinless chicken

  2. 1/4" -strips

  3. 1/2 c Chopped onion

  4. 1/2 c Green bell pepper strips

  5. 1 tb Vegetable oil

  6. 1 cn HEINZ Vegetarian Beans in

  7. -Tomato Sauce 2 tb HEINZ Horseradish Sauce

  8. 1/4 ts Salt

  9. ds Black pepper 4 Pocket pita breads (5" dia)

  1. Leaf lettuce In skillet, saute chicken, onion and green pepper in oil until vegetables are tender-crisp and chicken is tender. Stir in beans, horseradish sauce, salt and pepper. Simmer 5 minutes to blend flavors. Cut pitas in half and tuck 1 tomato slice and lettuce into each half. Fill each with about 1/3 cup bean mixture. Makes 4 servings (about 3 cups mixture)
