  1. 2 Pork tenderloins - (12 oz ea)

  2. 1/3 cup 78ml Reduced-sodium teriyaki sauce

  3. 2 cups 125g / 4.4oz Tomatoes - seeded, diced (medium)

  4. 1 cup 146g / 5.1oz Diced mango

  5. 1/2 cup 46g / 1.6oz Minced yellow or green bell pepper

  6. 1/4 cup 59ml Hot jalapeño jelly - melted

  7. 2 tablespoons 30ml White wine vinegar

  1. Rub pork tenderloins all over with teriyaki sauce; let stand 5 minutes.

  2. Combine tomatoes, mango, bell pepper, jelly and vinegar in medium bowl; mix well. Set aside.

  3. Grill pork, covered, over medium-hot coals 20 to 25 minutes or until meat thermometer inserted in thickest part registers 160 degrees, turning once. Slice and serve with salsa.
