  1. 1 pound(s) skinless, boneless chicken thighs

  2. Salt

  3. Pepper

  4. 6 trimmed radishes

  5. 1/4 cup(s) packed fresh flat-leaf parsley leaves

  6. 3 tablespoon(s) relish

  7. 2 teaspoon(s) prepared horseradish

  1. Prepare outdoor grill for covered direct grilling on medium. Season chicken thighs with 1/4 teaspoon each salt and pepper. Cover and grill 10 minutes or until juices run clear when meat is pierced with tip of knife, turning once.

  2. Meanwhile, in food processor with knife blade attached, pulse radishes, parsley leaves, relish, prepared horseradish, and 1/8 teaspoon pepper until finely chopped. Spoon over chicken.
