  1. 2 tablespoons banana liqueru

  2. 6 tablespoons light or dark rum

  3. 1/4 cup unsalted butter

  4. 1/4 cup packed light brown sugar

  5. 2 ripe banana s halved lenghwise and then crosswise

  6. 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon

  7. french vanilla ice cream

  1. Mix together banana liquerur and rum. set aside in medium skillet, melt butter over moderate heatr. Stir in brown sugar. Add bananas and immediately turn to coast. Sprinkle cinnamon on top. Pouor in liqueur and rum and swirl pan to mix. Carefully ignite alcohol in pan. Spoon liquid over bananas to baste until flame subsides. Remove pan from heat.

  2. Place 1 scoop ice cearm in centr of each serving dress and arrange bananas around it. Spoon sauce on top and serve.
