  5. 3 tablespoons 45ml Garlic cloves - minced (large)

  6. 3 tablespoons 45ml White vinegar

  7. 2 tablespoons 30ml Creamy peanut butter

  8. 1 tablespoon 15ml Molasses

  9. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Canola oil

  10. 1/2 cup 8g / 1/3oz Fresh cilantro leaves

  11. 8 cups 880g / 31oz Mixed salad greens

  12. 1 Red bell pepper - in strips

  13. 1/2 cup 80g / 2.8oz Fresh bean sprouts

  14. 4 Cherry tomatoes - quartered

  1. Recipe Instructions Combine 2 cloves of garlic, 1 tablespoon ginger, and 1 tbs soy sauce in a zip-lock bag; add meat. Seal and chill at least an hour turning occasionally. Combine remaining ginger soy sauce and garlic, and next 4 ingredients in a blender or processor. Process until smooth. Remove meat from marinade and discard marinade. Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Stir-fry 1 to 2 minutes--until browned. Combine cilantro and greens; divide onto serving plates. Top with steak, bell pepper strips, sprouts, and tomatoes; drizzle with ginger mixture.
