  8. 1 1 1/2 oz pkt dry onion soup mix

  9. 1 4 oz can mushrooms -- undrained

  10. 8 to 10 Trim all excess fat from brisket. Combine onion soup mix with mushrooms and th

  11. eir liquid. Place brisket in Crock-Pot with fat side up, cutting to fit if nec

  12. essary. Spread onion soup mixture over top of brisket, moistening well. cover

  13. 10 to 14 hours.
