1 large Dungeness Crab (about 3 lbs) butter (real butter, not margarine) Hard rolls

Now this is a great, easy meal. Go down to your neighborhood seafood shop that has fresh dungeness crab (everyone has one, right?) Your friendly fishmonger will cook it and crack it for you. Bring home and everyone will be thrilled. Serve warm or cold right on newspapers on the table. Giver everyone a plate, crab fork and a hard roll and dig in. Dip in butter. Cold beer would be good. The kids always got served ice tea.
