  1. 4 Whole-grain bread slices

  2. 1/3 c Mozzarella cheese,shredded

  3. 1 ts Olive oil

  4. 1/2 ts Balsamic vinegar

  5. 1/4 ts Dried basil,crumbled

  6. 1/4 ts Dried oregano,crumbled

  7. 3 1/2 oz Roasted red peppers,sliced

  8. 1 tb Parmesan cheese,grated

  1. Place bread on small baking sheet.

  2. Combine cheese, oil, vinegar, basil and oregano.

  3. Spoon onto bread.

  4. Top with red pepper; sprinkle with Parmesan.

  5. Bake in preheated 500'F.

  6. oven 5-8 minutes until cheese is melted.
