  1. 1 lb ground sirloin

  2. 4oz Blue Cheese (this is the size of the container, I used almost all of it)

  3. Fresh Ground Black Pepper (crank that grinder like 5 times)

  4. 2 green onions , finely chopped

  5. 3-4 big dashesWorcestershire Sauce

  6. Pinch of Kosher Salt

  7. 3 pieces cooked & cooled bacon crumbled or chopped up

  8. 1 Avocado

  9. Whole Wheat Buns

  1. Heat the grill to medium heat.

  2. In a medium bowl, mix the beef, blue cheese, pepper, onion, Worcestershire, salt and bacon.

  3. Knead the ingredients together and form 4 patties.

  4. Put the patties on the grill and cover for 6 minutes Flip patties (don't press on them) and cover for another 6 minutes.

  5. Add a minute or two on each side if you want a well done burger. We made these medium-rare.
