  1. 4 lamb shoulder blade chops (about 8 ounces each) , 3/4 inch thick 3/4 teaspoon(s) salt 1 ounce(s) blue cheese , crumbled 1 can(s) (14 1/2 ounces each) chicken broth 1 cup(s) couscous

  1. Preheat broiler if manufacturer directs. Sprinkle chops with salt. Place chops on rack in broiling pan; place pan in broiler at closest position to heat. Broil chops 10 minutes for medium or until of desired doneness, turning once. Sprinkle chops with cheese; broil 1 minute. Meanwhile, in 2-quart saucepan over high heat, heat broth to boiling. Stir in couscous; cover pan and remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes until liquid is absorbed. Serve chops with couscous.
