  1. 6 Fresh corn

  2. 1/4 cup 49g / 1.7oz Butter

  3. 1/4 teaspoon 1 1/3ml Cumin

  4. 1/4 teaspoon 1 1/3ml Salt

  5. 1/4 teaspoon 1 1/3ml Freshly-ground black pepper

  6. 1 Lime - cut into wedges

  1. Recipe Instructions Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Remove husk and silk from corn. Boil corn for 4 minutes then drain. Place corn on hot grill just long enough to get slight char marks. Remove from grill and rub with butter. Sprinkle with cumin, salt, and pepper, and serve with lime wedges. This recipe yields 6 servings.
