  1. 1 c Graham Cracker Crumbs

  2. 3 T Sugar

  3. 3 T Margarine, Melted

  4. 24 oz Cream Cheese, Softened

  5. 3/4 c Sugar

  6. 1 t Vanilla

  7. 3 ea Large Eggs

  8. 1 oz Square Unsweeted Chocolate

  1. * The 1 oz square of unsweetened Chocolate should be melted.

  2. Combine crumbs, sugar, and margarine; press onto bottom of 9-inch Spring- form cake pan.

  3. Bake at 350 degrees F.

  4. , 10 minutes.

  5. Combine cream cheese, sugar and vanilla, beating at medium speed on electric mixer until well blended.

  6. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition.

  7. Blend chocolate into 1 cup batter.

  8. Spoon plain and chocolate batters alternately over crust; cutting through batters with knife several times for the marble effect.

  9. Bake at 450 degrees F.

  11. Reduce oven temperature to 250 degrees F.

  13. Loosen cake from rim of pan; cool before removing rim of pan.
