  1. : 1 Make jello as directed. Using a blender mix the jello(when its still in liquid state)and cream chesse together.

  2. Place in refrigartor until it is set. Then spray whip topping on. Carbs: 1 carb per serving in the cream chesse 1 carb per serving in the whip topping
