  1. 2lbs Round Steak cut into 6 servings

  2. 1/2 cup All Purpose Flour

  3. 2 cups Beef Broth

  4. 1 cup Red WIne ( or tomato sauce )

  5. 1/2 cup of evaporated milk

  6. Juice of 1 medium orange

  7. 1 tbls fresh grated orange rind

  8. 1 Large White Onion coarsely chopped

  9. 2 Celery sticks chopped

  10. 1 basket of Button mushrooms washed and quartered

  11. 1 basket Baby Portabello Mushrooms washed and quartered

  12. 2 bay leaves

  13. 2 cloves of garlic crushed

  14. 1 tsp red pepper flakes

  15. 1 tsp of crushed rosemary

  16. 1 tsp of dried thyme

  17. 1 tbls lemon pepper

  18. 1 tsp of fresh ground pepper

  19. 1 tsp kosher salt

  1. Preheat oven 350 degrees.

  2. Greased a 9X13 pan with cooking spray. Season steaks with salt, pepper and lemon pepper seasoning. Place flour in a gallon zip bag, and dredge steaks in flour and arrange in pan. Sprinkle remaining flour over the top of the steaks and sprinkle the rest of the seasonings on top of the steaks ( bay leaves, garlic, red pepper flakes, rosemary, thyme, amd orange rind). Scatter Onions, celery, and mushrooms across the tops of the steaks. In a bowl, combine beef broth and milk to combine. Add wine and orange juice into beef broth mixture and pour contents over steaks. Cover Pan with aluminum foil, and seal edges. Bake 1 1/2 hours, until tender. Remove pan and let sit for 10 minutes. Remove steaks and vegetables, and with a whisk, stir gravy to combine all ingredients into a smooth gravy. Serve steaks with veggies and gravy on top, and have a side of potatoes or rice to complete the meal! Yield: serves 6
