  3. 1/4 cup orange marmalade

  4. 1/2 cup chopped pecans

  5. 6 large croissants -- split

  6. lettuce leaves

  7. 1 pound thinly sliced cooked turkey

  8. 3/4 cup whole berry cranberry sauce

  1. Combine first 3 ingredients, stirring well. Spread evenly on cut sides of croissants. Place lettuce and turkey on croissant bottoms; spread with cranberry sauce and cover with croissant tops.
