  1. 1 lb ground hamburger

  2. 1 med onion - diced

  3. 1 can 46oz Tomato juice /plus

  4. 1 can water

  5. 2 cans 14 1/2oz red kidney beans or pinto beans

  6. Spaghetti - about one handful-broken

  7. Cayenne pepper - to taste

  8. Salt and Pepper - to taste

  1. Put tomato juice and water in large pot, add cayenne and salt and pepper. Brown hamburger with onion in large skillet, season with seasonings to taste, drain and add to tomato juice. Let come to boil, then turn to just slow boil, add beans(drained). Cover and let simmer for about 2-3 hours. One hour before serving, add spaghetti, break into 3" pieces. Let it cook for about one more hour, then serve.
