  4. 225 ml milk

  5. 175 g butter

  6. 225 g dried fruit, such as mango, pineapple and apricots

  7. 400 g self raising flour

  8. Put the first 4 ingredients in a pan, bring to the boil and mix

  9. together, let the mixture cool slightly then add flour and mix

  10. thoroughly. Grease and line a 900 g loaf tin, pour in mixture and 1 hour at

  11. 160 C /

  12. 325 F / Gas

  13. 3. Leave to cool, remove

  14. from tin and slice.
