  7. 1 1/4 c Cottage cheese

  8. 1/2 tb Dry onion

  9. 1/2 tb Dill seed

  10. 1/2 tb Dill weed

  11. 1 t Fast rise yeast **OR**

  12. 2 t Active dry yeast

  13. --LARGE LOAF-- 3/4 c Water

  14. 3 c White bread flour

  15. 1 1/2 tb Dry milk

  16. 2 tb Sugar

  17. 1 1/2 t Salt

  18. 1 1/2 tb Butter

  19. 3/4 c Cottage cheese

  20. 1 tb Dry onion

  21. 1 tb Dill seed

  22. 1 tb Dill weed

  23. 2 t Fast rise yeast **OR**

  24. 3 t Active dry yeast

  25. 8 for regular loaf and 12 for large loaf. Hints: Use small curd, lowfat cottage cheese. This recipe can be made with the regular or rapid bake cycles. Be sure to follow the loading instructions suggested in your machine's owner's manual. This bread will make a bread machine believer out of anyone.
