  1. 2 onions,

  2. 4 rashers bacon,

  3. 1-2 tablespoons olive oil or 2-4 cloves garlic,

  4. 2 kg skinless chicken

  5. 800 g tin diced

  6. 2 x 170 g tin tomato

  7. 750 mL red

  1. Saute onions and bacon in oil or butter until onions are transparent and bacon starting to brown.

  2. Add garlic and saute 1-2 minutes longer.

  3. Transfer to crockpot and add the rest of the ingredients.

  4. Cook on low for 8-10 hours.
