  4. herbed cheese spread

  5. Evoo

  6. garlic salt

  7. Pepper

  8. toothpicks

  9. Just use as much of everything to your liking, there is no right or wrong

Season both sides of meat with garlic salt and pepper Spread the cheese to coat one side of each steak Top with a bunch of basil leaves and roasted peppers Roll up and seal with a toothpick Drizzle with evoo Brown in an oven proof skillet, then transfer to a 350 degree oven for 10-15 minutes more.
