  2. 1/4 cup Land O Lakes butter

  3. 1 cup cornmeal

  4. 1 cup all purpose flour

  5. 4 teaspoons baking powder

  6. 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning

  7. 1/2 teaspoon salt

  8. 3/4 cup Land O Lakes Mozzarella Cheese -- (3 oz.) shredded

  9. 1/2 cup coarsely chopped pepperoni

  10. 1 cup milk

  11. 1/2 cup Land O Lakes Sour Cream (Regular -- Light or No Fat)

  12. 1 egg

  1. Heat oven to 425 F. In 9 inch round cake pan or 8 inch square bakingpan melt butter in oven.

  2. In large bowl combing cornmeal, flour baking powder, Italianseasoning and salt. Stir in 1/2 cup cheese and pepperoni.

  3. In small bowl combine milk, sour cream and egg. Add to cornmealmixture with melted butter; stir just until moistened.

  4. Spoon batter into pan. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until goldenbrown. Immediately sprinkle with remaining cheese. Serve Warm.
