  1. 1 can(s) Whole Kernal Corn , Drained 1 handful(s) All-Purpose White Flour

  2. 1 pinch(s) Baking Powder

  3. 1 Large Egg

  4. 2 tablespoon(s) Milk

  5. 3 cup(s) Vegitable Oil

  1. In a small saucepan start heating the oil over medium - med. high heat.

  2. In bowl combine all ingredients till you have a wet batter. It it should be a silky texture with the corn kernels showing through.

  3. Once the oil is hot enough start dropping the batter in using a tablespoon. fry in small batches so each has the proper amount of space to bubble and move in the oil. Cook on each side for about 1 min or until golden brown.

  4. Remove from oil and let drain on paper towels. Lighty salt (optional).
