  1. 2 cups red onions -- finely chopped

  2. 2 tablespoons olive or vegetable oil

  3. 1/3 cup red wind vinegar

  4. 1/4 cup chopped red pepper

  5. 2 tablespoons minced parsley

  6. 2 centiliters garlic -- minced

  7. 2 tablespoons NutraSweet (r) spoonful (tm)

  8. 1/4 teaspoon salt

  9. 1/4 teaspoon pepper

  10. 15 oz. great northern beans -- rinsed and drained

  11. 15 oz -- black beans, rinsed and drained

  1. Preparation : Saute Onions in oil until crisp-tender in a medium skillet; Remove from heat and cool until warm. Stir in vinegar, red pepper, parsley, garlic, NutraSweet (r) Spoonfull (tm), salt and pepper. In a serving bowl put the beans, (both types) and pour the onion mixture over them. Mix well and serve.
