  1. 1 cup rolled oat

  2. 1 cup Rice Krispies

  3. 2/3 cup chopped apricot

  4. 3 tablespoons roasted sunflower seeds (I didn't bother toasting them)

  5. 1/4 cup toasted coconut (I don't toast it)

  6. 1/4 cup brown sugar , packed

  7. 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

  8. 3 tablespoons honey

  9. 2 tablespoons peanut butter

  10. 1 tablespoon vanilla

  1. Melt oil, honey, peanut butter in microwave just until easy to mix up, watch careful, probably 20 seconds or so.

  2. Mix in vanilla.

  3. Mix all ingredients together and press down well into 8" square pan sprayed with Pam.

  4. Make sure you press down firmly.

  5. Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes.

  6. Let cool before serving.
